Location: Athens, Greece (Hybrid)

About the Role: As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, focusing on inbound sales activities. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that drive business growth. You will work in a hybrid model, balancing your time between our modern office in Athens and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales inquiries from potential clients and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Conduct cold calling and upselling activities to maximize sales potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) and proficiency in English at a B2 level.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, including cold calling and upselling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Shift Options:
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Gross Salary: 1,700 per month plus performance bonus
- Annual Salary: 14 salaries (12 monthly payments plus additional payments during Easter, summer, and Christmas)

- Performance Bonus: Earn additional rewards based on your sales performance.
- Annual Leave: 25 days of paid leave per year.
- Meal Allowance: 50 meal voucher ticket per month.
