Business Development Manager – (Ref.5807 /BDM/ESS/GR)
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to hunt for new leads
• Qualify leads by asking questions and collecting information about the potential client's needs and interests
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and status updates in the CRM
• Participate in ongoing sales training and development to improve sales skills and knowledge
• Presenting recommendations and demonstrating the software solutions in a compelling manner that
differentiates the selected solutions from the competition
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful sales outcomes
• Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company’s solutions and network with potential clients
• Attain and maintain applicable sales certifications
• Own the sales and pre-sales relationship with assigned accounts on an ongoing basis
• Understand the customer's security strategy and advise on how company’s offered security products can help customers achieve their security goals
• Lead in-person and remote workshops to understand customer objectives and pain points
• Provide regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-yearly) on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends, and the corresponding forecasting
• Attend sales meetings
• Develop and maintain expertise in company’s offered product line and target industries
• Ensures compliance with the company's internal policies & procedures

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Engineering, IT consulting• Working knowledge of cyber security solutions and concepts, IT systems & networking
• Skilled in determining needs and business value to customer IT consulting
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English
• Goal Oriented Personality
• Strong Presentation and Written Communication Skills
• Time Management & Organizational Skills
• Able to learn independently and solve problems with minimal direction
• Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree
