Join Our LAMPs Team


Our LAMPs Team, known externally as Ho.Re.Ca, has a direct impact on our new mission: converting smokers to our ground-breaking, smoke-free IQOS products and engaging with our consumers in a relevant way, enabling the dialogue with the IQOS brand. You will be part of the LAMPs team, which belongs to the Experience Channels Commercial Team, responsible for the orchestration of the experience we provide to our consumers across channels.



Your ‘day to day’:


This role is specific to the Attica region, and you will:


• Supervise and brief respective 3rd party partners, assign responsibilities, monitor and evaluate their performance. Assure high quality execution of their assigned responsibilities (consumer engagement activities, brand presentation, data collection)


• Ensure optimal portfolio handling, Permanent Point of Sale Material (PPOSM) and visibility agreement, implementation of consumer and channel’s engagements programs


• Engage in direct consumer contact at relevant touch points to get insights and address identified opportunities and issues


• Analyze territory performance data in order to identify opportunities and gaps, set clear objectives and allocate available resources


• Provide feedback to Commercial Planning and Marketing departments to improve efficiency and relevancy of consumer engagement mechanics to the consumers


• Coordinate the execution of Events together with commercial planning team




Who we’re looking for:


• University degree in any field


• 3-5 years of professional experience in Field Sales/Commercial roles, ideally in a multinational company


• Ability to work according to Ho.Re.Ca industry standards – Wednesday to Sunday


• A confident and positive attitude, focused on strong collaboration and positive influence


• Advanced problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to present complex concepts when needed and make data-driven decisions


• Adept use of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint


• Valid driving license


• Fluency in English and Greek


• Fulfilled military obligations (if applicable)
