Job Role: The Spa Receptionist plays a keyrole in providing exceptional guest service to spa guests. Responsible formanaging the spa front desk, the receptionist facilitates smooth operations,handles inquiries, schedules appointments, and ensures guests have a memorablespa experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
- Greetand welcome spa guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provideinformation about available spa services, treatments, and packages.
- Assistguests in selecting appropriate services based on their preferences and needs.
- Handleinquiries and provide accurate information about spa facilities and policies.
Appointment Scheduling:
- Schedule spa appointmentsefficiently, taking into consideration therapist availability and guestpreferences.
- Coordinatewith spa staff to ensure a seamless scheduling process.
- Confirmappointments and provide reminders to guests as needed.
Check-In and Check-Out:
- Managethe check-in and check-out process for spa guests.
- Ensureaccurate and timely processing of payments for spa services.
- Maintainorganized records of spa appointments and transactions.
Guest Relations:
- Addressguest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Seekfeedback from guests to enhance the quality of services.
- Buildpositive relationships with repeat spa guests.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintainan organized and tidy spa reception area.
- Managephone inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
- Assistin maintaining inventory of spa products and supplies.
Collaboration with Spa Staff:
- Communicateeffectively with spa therapists and other staff members.
- Coordinatespecial requests or requirements from guests with spa staff.
Promotions and Sales:
- Informguests about current promotions, discounts, and spa packages.
- Activelypromote spa services and upsell additional treatments when appropriate.
Compliance and Policies:
- Ensureadherence to spa policies and procedures.
- Stayinformed about spa industry trends and updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’sdegree or equivalent.
- Provenexperience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellentknowledge of Greek and English languages. Third language will be consideredaccordingly.
- Exceptionalcommunication (both verbal and written), negotiation and administrative skills.
- Strongorganizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiaritywith spa services and products.
- Proficientin using spa management software or reservation systems.
- Professionalappearance and demeanor.
