Avaton Luxury Beach Resort - Relais & Chateaux (www.avaton.com) is seeking a dedicated and personable Hotel Groom / Doorman / Bellboy to join our team.

As a Hotel Groom / Doorman / Bellboy at Avaton Luxury Beach Resort, you will be the first point of contact for our guests upon arrival and departure. Your friendly demeanor and exceptional customer service skills will help create a welcoming atmosphere. You will assist with luggage, provide information about the resort and its amenities, and ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience during their stay.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm and friendly welcome
• Assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their rooms
• Provide information about the resort, amenities, and local attractions
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
• Maintain a clean and organized entrance area
• Assist with arranging transportation and other services for guests as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guests' needs are met
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a doorman, bellboy, or in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods
• Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends and holidays
