ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Solutions Architect, you will develop and nurture relationships with prospective customers through executive engagements, discovery conversations, solution design, and technical presentations.

Your role is to act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor, shaping solution strategies and accelerating the adoption of our technologies and services. You will work closely with the business development team to drive technical sales strategy and support revenue growth.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with clients to understand cybersecurity challenges, business needs, and technical environments
• Design and present tailored cybersecurity solutions aligned with customer requirements
• Define solution architecture and integration approaches within customer environments
• Lead technical engagements and support the sales cycle from qualification to deal closure
• Contribute to proposals, RFPs, and RFIs, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to develop effective and competitive solutions
• Support the positioning of a broad cybersecurity portfolio, including technical solutions, governance and risk advisory, and security assessment services
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and internal stakeholders
• Stay current with cybersecurity trends and market developments

KNOWLEGDE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Master equivalent: optional
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies
• Ability to design end-to-end solutions and translate technical architectures into business value
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level engagement
• Strong planning, organizational, and analytical capabilities
• Greek language: Business level
• English language: Business level
