We are currently looking for a

Non Motor Claims Adjuster

As a member  of our Non-Motor Claims Department, you will be responsible for the technical assessment, evaluation, and resolution of non-motor insurance claims across multiple lines of business, while providing at the same time a positive and consistent experience to our clients.

Your day-to-day:

• Handling, monitoring and settling non motor claims (property, engineering, TPL, marine, cargo etc)
• Reviewing policy wordings, endorsements, limits, exclusions, and conditions to determine coverage applicability
• Analyzing complex information from multiple sources to support accurate claim assessment
• Preparing, processing, and maintaining detailed claim reports
• Negotiating settlements and payments with claimants and third parties
• Communicating effectively with customers and stakeholders throughout the claims process

What we are looking for:

• Academic Degree
• Previous experience in relevant positions within the insurance industry will be appreciated
• Advanced communication skills, written and oral, both in English and Greek
• Strong analytical thinking, negotiation capability, and evidence-based decision-making skills
• Detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and consistency in technical assessments and documentation
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and interact with external experts
