Our Hotels’ team seeks to fill the position of:

Cooks (Level A-C)

Duties and Responsibilities to include:

• Support in the daily operations of our restaurants in breakfast, lunch or dinner shifts

The successful candidate should possess the following knowledge, skills and attributes

• University Degree in a Culinary Arts (or relevant Master’s degree)


• Certification in HACCP by EFET Health Inspection Authorities


• Working knowledge of ISO 22000:2015 or above


• At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position in the hospitality sector, preferably in an international, luxury environment managing a team of 10 members or more


• Excellent command of the English language certified at minimum of Advanced level


• Strong people and project management skills


• Problem solving skills. A can do attitude is a must.


• Organizing skills and coordination ability


• Analytical, numerical skills and attention to detail


• Interpersonal communication skills, integrity and commitment


• Must have Greek or European Nationality, or have access to the Greek Labor Market (working permit & residence)
