Porto Zante Villas & Spa, one of the world’s most exclusive resorts, recognized among the "68 Best Hotels & Resorts in the World" by Condé Nast Traveller, is seeking a Front Office Executive - Receptionist to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a boutique, ultra-luxury setting.

This role is ideal for a highly professional and service-oriented individual with experience in luxury hospitality. The position offers the unique opportunity to work in a resort that welcomes some of the world’s most prominent and discerning guests, including royalty, celebrities, and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.


• Handle VIP check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and personalized service.


• Assist guests with reservations, special requests, and concierge services, ensuring a flawless stay.


• Coordinate with all departments to anticipate and fulfill guest needs proactively.


• Manage daily front office / reception operations, ensuring smooth communication and attention to detail.


• Handle guest concerns with discretion and immediate resolution, ensuring an exceptional experience.


• Maintain accurate guest records, ensuring seamless service personalization for returning visitors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury resort, 5-star hotel, or high-end hospitality environment.


• Fluent in English (Greek or additional languages will be considered an asset).


• Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills, with a warm yet professional demeanor.


• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task under pressure.


• Experience in Opera/Fidelio PMS or similar hotel management systems is a plus.


• Polished appearance and excellent attention to detail.
