Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead social media strategy, monitor industry trends and competitor activity to optimize tactics for each market
• Manage the editorial calendar, curate engaging content, and craft compelling social media narratives
• Track and analyze social media performance and use insights to refine strategy and maximize reach and influence
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across social media platforms
• Partner with marketing to develop and implement "always-on" social media campaigns that deliver measurable results
• Lead social media education initiatives for employees and cultivate a culture of best practices
• Provide social media support during crisis situations, monitoring conversations and assisting stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, or a related field with experience in social media
• 3 to 6 years of proven ability to develop and execute successful social media campaigns across major platforms, with strong analytical skills to track and measure results
• Excellent writing and editing skills to craft compelling social media content that resonates with target audiences
• Strong communication, collaboration, and brand management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead social media education initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work flexible hours in a global environment
