Responsibilities:

• Provides legal support on human resources issues, particularly regarding compliance with the current labor and social security legislation, dependent employment and independent services contracts
• Monitors case law and legislation, case law documentation, potential impacts on the organization, and participates in formulating proposals for adapting to new legislative and case law developments
• Supports, within the scope of its expertise, the legal departments of other Group Companies
• Drafts, reviews and negotiates, if necessary, contracts and other corporate documents (minutes, corporate powers of attorney, etc.)
• Represents the company legally in courts, public management authorities and entities, where deemed necessary
• Elaborates from a legal perspective draft contracts within his/her competence, drafts opinions, and provides support to the competent organizational units for their execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a University in Law
• Master's degree in Law (LLM) relevant to the responsibilities
• At least seven (7) years of relevant experience in a large law firm or organization with a primary focus on labor law and social security law
• Member of the Athens Bar Association or one of the regional Bar Associations of Greece
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Internet
• Knowledge of specialized computer programs will be considered an additional qualification
