Training Leader

Food Plus S.A. is one of the largest companies in the QSR sector, representing International Brands in the Greek market.

As we further expand and evolve, we’re looking for a Training Leader to join our HR Team that will support our iconic brands and play an instrumental role in launching new projects in our portfolio. The position reports to the HR Manager and collaborates closely with the QA and HR teams to support restaurants by using people’s capability to enhance brand performance and drive operational excellence.

Key Accountabilities and Ownership

· Collaborate with the Brand’s corporate Training and Operations, to develop detailed training execution plans for new restaurant openings in our market.

· Work closely with Operations, QA and HR to provide effective training and development solutions.

· Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure that restaurants maintain a continuous cycle of employee training and development.

· Translate and implement new procedures regarding products, restaurant operations, health and safety standards as well as new training materials.

· Develop Training Exit criteria and monitor specific KPI’s that measure the effectiveness of training procedures.

· Manage user setup, day-to-day user provisioning, and the training content repository within the Learning Management System.

· Align employee development initiatives with bench succession plans to support projected restaurant growth.

Candidate’s Profile

· 2-3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage/Hospitality industry.

· Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office & Internet) with proficiency in design programs to develop engaging training materials.

· Proficient in spoken and written English.

· Strong project planning and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple training calendars and initiatives simultaneously.

· Flexibility to work effectively in both restaurant and office environments.

· Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates).
