Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Develop and execute creative, data-driven social media strategies across channels like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Craft engaging content (posts, videos, reels, stories, and ads) tailored to resonate with our audience.
• Build and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely communication.
• Monitor social media performance using analytics tools.

2. Content Creation

• Collaborate with our creative professional to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and written content.
• Research and identify current trends to create viral and shareable content.
• Maintain file and doc management consistency.
• Write case study client stories 
• Liaise with real clients to highlight their success stories, reinforcing PHD’s impact.

3. Communication Strategy

• Assist in developing and implementing a cohesive communication strategy for PHD.
• Draft compelling copy for website content, ads, blog posts, and other channels.
• Ensure brand messaging aligns across all platforms and speaks to our vision of confidence and anagenesis.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role (2+ years preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of Greek & English Language.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft engaging, audience-focused copy.
• Creative and conceptual thinking, high & modern aesthetics, and the ability to recognize trends, influencers, and current affairs.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Ongoing & Updated knowledge of digital marketing & social media environment.
• Experience in content (static/animated) creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing software).
• Familiarization with SoMe mgmt and Online Collaboration Tools (e.g. Asana, Basecamp, Trello).
• Organizational skills and adaptation to a solid collaboration framework and conventions.
• Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics and scheduling tools.
• Interest, positive attitude, and ingenuity for the growth of a small/medium business.
• A portfolio/reference with work samples and experience in TikTok will be appreciated.

• Someone who can dedicate approx. 3-4 hours daily on a 5-day working week.
• Availability for online/in-person meetings (1 / month).
• Capability to occasionally present on-premise depending on ad-hoc project/task needs.
