We are looking for a talented B2B Marketer on behalf of our client, an international B2B lead generation agency.

About The Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative B2B Marketer to join their Growth Marketing team. This role is perfect for an individual passionate about creating captivating marketing content, building connections, and leveraging innovative strategies to elevate brand presence and authority. As a B2B Marketer, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's digital footprint, crafting inbound marketing strategies, and fostering meaningful engagement. You'll work with a talented Growth Marketing team to generate leads, optimize content, and drive measurable results while embodying the voice of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

  • Craft and deliver engaging content, including blogs, articles, videos, and social media posts, tailored for a global audience.
  • Edit, proofread, and enhance all content to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Develop and execute a robust content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
  • Share content across multiple channels and optimize for a strong digital presence.


Digital Marketing Execution

  • Lead inbound marketing strategies focused on generating leads and increasing conversions.
  • Utilize Webflow or other CMS platforms to manage web content and optimize publishing processes.
  • Incorporate SEO best practices to enhance discoverability and audience engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze web traffic using tools such as Google Analytics to refine marketing strategies.


Brand Building & Audience Engagement

  • Serve as the voice of the company across all digital and social media platforms.
  • Build relationships and engage with our community through impactful storytelling and valuable insights.
  • Research and identify trending topics to stay ahead in B2B marketing innovation.
  • Drive initiatives to improve brand awareness and authority in the B2B space.


Requirements & Qualifications

Proven Expertise:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and implementing effective B2B marketing strategies.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Webflow or comparable Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and optimizing content for web traffic.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and other web traffic monitoring tools.
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms and campaigns.


Creativity & Communication:

  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms and campaigns.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills in English with the ability to craft compelling content.
  • Strong editorial mindset with the capability to align content with audience preferences.
  • A flair for creativity and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.


Analytical Thinking & Organization:

  • Ability to analyze marketing data, draw insights, and adapt strategies for optimal performance.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.


Additional Qualifications:

  • A degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Outstanding internet research skills you should be a Google Master.
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design principles is a plus.
