We are currently looking for an Operations & Project Manager to join our Information Security team in Athens.

The role of the Operations & Project Manager aims to support the Chief Information Security Officer in the execution of his duties in terms of arranging all Divisional needs covering issues related to the proper functioning of it in relation to the entire Company.

Your role will encompass:• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, legal, compliance, etc.) to meet project requirements• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and mitigating issues• Ensure successful handover of projects to operational teams post-delivery• Handle the Division’s budget• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Information Security division• Assist in incident response processes and ensure prompt resolution and effective documentation• Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of information security programs• Evaluate and recommend improvements to current security operations and processes• Drive initiatives to enhance the security culture within the organization through training and awareness programs

What you bring to the role:• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other relevant field• Master's degree in Information Security accompanied by relevant professional certifications (e.g. CISM, CISA, CISSP, CRISC, ISO 27001 LA, etc.)• 4+ years of experience in a similar position• Excellent verbal and written communication in English• Proven project management skills (PMP certification desirable)
