We are currently looking for a  Senior Digital Transformation Engineer to join the Operations & Control department of the M Power Projects division, in our Paiania offices.

Your role will encompass:

• Business Analysis: engage with multiple stakeholders (across levels) to identify business needs and capture business requirements

• Write business cases for Digital Transformation projects

• Lead the selection, deployment, and integration of digital tools and technologies to enhance project execution efficiency within the division.

• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and seamless integration of digital solutions across the project lifecycle.

• Drive cultural and process changes within the division to adopt and maximize the benefits of digital transformation initiatives.

• Identify pain points in project execution workflows and propose innovative, technology-driven solutions.

• Serve as a liaison between the project execution team and executive leadership to report progress, challenges, and recommendations related to digital transformation.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by benchmarking and implementing industry best practices in digital transformation within EPC.

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or relevant field.

• 6+ years of experience.

• 3+ years of experience with digital transformation projects.

• Experience with EPC is strongly preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
