The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, with a preference for those with a background in 4* to 5* hotels. Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Front Desk Agent role.
• Demonstrated professionalism and dedication to maintaining high standards.
• Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the policies and operational procedures of upscale hotels.
• Previous experience in a 4* to 5* hotel is highly desirable.
• Team player with good collaboration skills to coordinate with various hotel departments.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for seamless interaction with guests and colleagues.
• Customer-focused mindset, dedicated to meeting and exceeding guest expectations.
• Effective problem-solving skills to address issues promptly and efficiently.
• Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic demands of the hospitality industry and availability to work during the summer season from April to November.
• Multilingual proficiency, especially in English, is advantageous.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using hotel management systems and other relevant technologies.
