About the Role:

As part of the Sitecore SEND DevOps team, you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining critical telemetry systems that provide visibility of system health and application performance for the efficient delivery of Sitecore SEND platform.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and continuously improve our observability tooling and application infrastructure
• Identify and manage the resolution of technical issues on our application infrastructure
• Improve regular operations by automating procedures and optimizing processes
• Evangelist for DevOps practices and mindset in the engineering department
• Support Sitecore SEND’s engineering teams for infrastructure problems
• Write documentation and facilitate informational webinars as well as guidelines sharing
  
  
  

What You Need to Succeed:

• Extensive experience with system administration/operations and or/software development
• Experience with monitoring systems (e.g.: Elastic APM, Prometheus, etc.)
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and Release Engineering best practices
• Experience with Containers, Kubernetes, and container registry systems
• Proficiency in writing scripts in a standard scripting language (e.g., shell scripts, Python etc.)
• Experience operating in the Cloud, preferably in AWS
  
  
  

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

• Experience with working in an Agile setup
• Experience leading cross-organizational efforts with different teams to identify operational challenges and implement solutions
• Experience with Cloudformation or other AWS Services
