As the Captain at PHĀEA, you are responsible for overseeing all aspects of your assigned Food & Beverage outlet, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of hospitality. Your role involves managing the service team, training new staff, managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow, while providing recommendations on food and beverage selections. With your leadership and professionalism, you contribute to creating a positive atmosphere for guest relations and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests.

Job Fit- Responsibilities
- Supervise assigned F&B staff, providing guidance and direction to ensure efficiency and quality in their work.
- Develop strong teamwork within the team.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Handle the dinner reservations, ensuring accurate bookings and optimal table management for guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Assist in maximizing revenue within the dining area through effective upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
- Ensure proper sanitation and safety protocols are followed, maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.
- Support sustainability initiatives within the organization.
Must-Have:
- Proven working experience in a restaurant management position
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong leadership skills
- Proficiency in the English language
Nice-to-Have
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- Knowledge of local food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Training or coursework in wine/olive expertise.
