We are looking for passionateindividuals with hospitality background for the role of the Head Waiter/Waitress at Mykonos Bay Resort & Villas for the Summer Season 2025.

The Head Waiter in the Mediterranean Restaurant of the hotel will beresponsible for managing the dining area, ensuring excellent customer service,interacting with guests, supporting the assistant waiters while providing aseamless dining experience.

Qualifications:

  • Customer Service and Communicationskills
  • Experience in fine-dining or casual dining restaurants
  • Previous role in4 & 5 star hotel will be a plus
  • Ability to work well under pressure, longhours in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and team managementskills
  • Basic Knowledge of wine, spirits and menu pairing
  • Previous experience ina similar role is a plus Tourism & Hospitality or related certification isbeneficial
  • Excellent knowledge of English language, any other language will beconsidered as a plus
