Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in planning and booking their travel itineraries (flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.).
  • Provide accurate information about travel options, policies, and destinations.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Handle customer interactions via phone, email, or chat as required.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and company services to ensure top-notch assistance.


Requirements

  • Native or fluent German speaker (C2 level).
  • Proficiency in English for internal communication.
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday, 08:00 AM – 11:00 PM).
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems is a plus but not mandatory.


Compensation And Benefits

  • Salary: 14 salaries annually (12 monthly salaries + 1 salary on Easter + 1 split between Summer and Christmas).
  • Performance Bonus: Based on performance metrics (details provided during the hiring process).
  • Meal Voucher: 50€ per month for all projects.

  • Annual Leave: 25 days of paid vacation.
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days per week).
