Join our international team as a Reservations Agent.

Role Description

The Reservations Agent will be responsible for answering phone calls and assisting customers in making, altering, or canceling reservations, responding to emails with reservation information, confirmations, and additional details, handling pre-payment for F&B reservations and special events bookings if needed, maintaining effective office administrative procedures within the department that will safeguard and detecting double-bookings, non-guaranteed bookings and other inaccuracies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in similar position preferable in upscale, high-end restaurant or hotel.


• Excellent Knowledge of English. Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered as an advantage.


• Outstanding administration, communication and organizational skills.


• Negotiation skills.


• Works well as part of a team.


• Multi-tasking and time management skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and set priority.


• Handle guest inquiries and accommodate special requests with professionalism.
