Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated German Customer Advisor to join our growing team in the web services industry. This is a remote position based in Athens, where you will support customers with various web services, ensuring their satisfaction and providing expert advice. Prior experience in customer service or web services is advantageous, but not mandatory.

As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to ensure an excellent customer experience. Fluency in German and B2 level English is required, as you will be interacting with customers in both languages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality support and advice to German-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Handle inquiries related to web services, including troubleshooting technical issues, providing product information, and guiding customers through service features.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Contribute to improving internal processes based on customer feedback.
  
  
  

Key Requirements:

• Fluent German (native or C1 level).
• B2 level of English (spoken and written).
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
• Good technical understanding and willingness to learn about web services.
• Must be located in Athens (remote work).
