Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries about products, services, and account details efficiently.
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues and escalating complex cases to relevant teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for service improvement.
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level).
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a rotational schedule.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
