We have an open vacancy for an ICT Support Engineer (L1) who will work in our client's premises.
Location: Athens (South Suburbs)
Working Model: On - site
Working Hours: Shifts
Main Responsibilities:
- Helpdesk Support: Respond to user inquiries, issues, and requests via various channels such as phone, email, or ticketing systems.
- User Assistance: Assist users in understanding and effectively utilizing computer systems, software applications, and other ICT resources.
- System Setup and Configuration: Assist with the installation, setup, and configuration of computer systems, software applications, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Password and Account Management: Help users with password resets, account creations, and access permissions. Ensure compliance with security policies and assist in maintaining user accounts.
- Software Support: Provide basic support for common software applications, such as Microsoft Office, web browsers, and email clients. Help users troubleshoot issues, perform software updates, and assist with basic software functionality.
- Hardware Support: Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware problems with desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Incident Management: Log and track user issues and incidents in a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation to higher-level support teams, if required. Monitor ticket queues and prioritize tasks accordingly.
What we are looking for:
- 1 year experience in a similar position
- University degree in Computer Science or other related field.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English language
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Strong communication skills.
