Daily Tasks
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Serve as an Account Manager for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to address client inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales metrics, and account updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve client experiences and contribute to revenue growth.
- Language Skills: LATAM Spanish (minimum C1) + English (B2 or higher).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, with cold calling and upselling expertise.
- Interest in Tech: Passion for the tech industry and its advancements.
- Work Authorization: Valid work permit for Greece or EU citizenship.
- Availability: Ready to start or relocate to Athens as soon as possible.
