As a Chef you will…

• Demonstrate understanding and awareness of allcompany policies and procedures relating to Health & Safety
• Manage allaspects of full-service food and beverage procedures on a daily basis
• Ensurecompliance with Andronis’ standards and kitchen’s smooth operation
• Conducteffective shift briefings ensuring all staff are aware of VIPs, specialoccasions, daily specials, guests’ food allergies or restrictions
• Overseethe preparation and presentation of a consistent food product which meetsguest’s expectations
• Beresponsible and accountable for the overall food cost as well as kitchensupplies, kitchen energy costs and kitchen utensils

Entry Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience inrelevant position
• Experience inMediterranean cuisine
• Be aware of new trendsand keep abreast with any changes in the market
• Problem solving,reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
• Excellentcommand of the Greek & English language, both spoken and written
• Be familiar with Food andBeverage industry’s technology
• Be a team player and a greatcommunicator with colleagues and managers in all departments
• Beinformed about other cultures and dairy restrictions
