As a Front Office Agent you will…

• Greet guests courteously upon arrival
• Promote in house and sister properties’ services andfacilities
• Handle guest needs, inquiries and requests
• Checkfigures, postings, and documents for accuracy
• Record,store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information
• Ensurethat all pertinent information is recorded on registration card, reports dailyactivity on log book
• Conduct check-in and check-outprocedures based on Andronis Arrival and Departure standards

Entry Requirements:

• Experiencein a 4 or 5 stars boutique hotel environment
• Excellentcommand of the English language, both spoken and written
• Additional language knowledge would be consider anextra asset
• Be a team player and a greatcommunicator with guests from all over the world, colleagues and managers inall departments
• Upselling and organizational skills
• Experience with Front office software, like Opera,Fidelio & Protel
