Domes Novos Santorini
We are currently hiring for Santorini, looking for a highly energetic and passionate Kids Club Manager, joining our team at Domes Novos Santorini, our new 5* hotel, for the 2025 season.
Some of the responsibilities:
- Support and motivate your team to ensure the highest levels of service.
- A passion for an active lifestyle and the desire to inspire the children to get stuck into our activity programm.
- Coordinate training requirements and assume responsibility for developing the children's club team.
- Ensure all activities are fun, engaging, and age-appropriate for each of the individual children's clubs.
- To make the best use of the environment and equipment available.
- Create a child-friendly environment, ensuring the highest health and safety standard is adhered to.
- To fully advise children on the practical/safe use of all equipment.
- Speak with parents daily, and always encourage an open line of communication covering each child's individual requirements.
Requirements
Useful to have:
- Bachelor degree in childcare, humanities or social science will be an asset
- Very good command of English
- Previous experience working with in Hospitality Sector.
