Contracts Specialist

We are currently looking for a Data Analyst to join our Asset Management team.  

Your role will encompass:

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts, including creation, execution, and renewal
• Review and draft contractual documents to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards
• Track contract obligations and deliverables to ensure timely compliance and accurate documentation
• Monitoring insurance, Bonds and Warranties
• Utilize SAP to manage contract data, track workflows, and ensure system accuracy
• Maintain up-to-date records of contracts in SAP and provide regular reports on contract status and KPIs
• Register invoices in SAP and follow up on payments with Accounting Department
• Identify and implement SAP improvements for efficient contract administration and reporting
• Coordinate with internal departments, including legal, finance, treasury, procurement, and operations, to ensure alignment on contract terms and deliverables

What you bring to the role: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management, with at least 2 years using SAP for contract-related functions
• Proficiency in SAP contract management modules
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Fluency in formal English; additional languages preferred, especially those relevant to European markets
