We are currently looking for an Electrical Construction Manager based in Paiania for the Power Technologies team of the M Power Projects division to join our team.

Your Role:

• Lead electrical construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, schematics, and change orders.
• Provide regular reports on project status, including progress, budget adherence, and any issues.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure project objectives are met.
• Establish and enforce quality control procedures to ensure construction meets specified standards.
• Conduct regular reviews and inspections of project deliverables.

What You Bring to the Role:

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in EPC projects.
• Education: University degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Previous experience with PowerTrain will be a strong asset.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
• Certification: Project Management certifications will be considered an asset.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Attributes: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility: Ability to travel.
