Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a Digital Workplace Administrator to manage and optimize the tools and platforms our employees use daily. The ideal candidate will ensure these systems are secure, efficient, and user-friendly, enabling seamless collaboration and productivity. If you excel in managing IT workstations, supporting users, and implementing security best practices, we'd love to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management:
- Manage and configure IT workstations, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Ensure availability and performance of workstation systems through regular maintenance and updates.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for IT queries.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new technologies and tools.
- Document processes and create user guides to assist employees.
- Operate system management and automation tools (e.g., Microsoft System Center, Intune).
- Manage and maintain the printing environment.
- Select IT components to meet organizational needs.
- Implement security policies and best practices to ensure data security.
- Create and maintain operational documentation.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support.
- Participate in on-call duties for 1st level support.
- Education: Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or comparable education.
- Experience: 3+ years in workplace services, preferably within international corporations.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in managing IT workstations, digital tools, and system management solutions.
- Global Perspective: International mindset with experience working in geographically distributed teams.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to handle rapidly changing business priorities, processes, or technologies.
- Communication: Strong collaboration and documentation skills; ability to create user-friendly guides.
- German proficiency is an advantage.
- Quick Hireflix Recording: Spend 20 minutes in a recorded interview discussing your passion and drive.
- HR Interview (45 min): Discuss how your experience aligns with our company's goals.
- Technical Assessment: Showcase your skills and knowledge in a practical evaluation relevant to the role
