We're looking for a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team in Athens! In this role, you'll be the first line of defense for our users, providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting a wide range of IT issues.
What you'll do:
- Provide prompt and effective technical support to users via various channels (phone, email, chat)
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical problems related to [mention specific software/hardware if applicable]
- Document technical issues and solutions to ensure knowledge transfer
- Collaborate with internal teams (development, product) to ensure seamless resolution for complex issues
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and product updates

- C2 level Dutch language proficiency and B1 level English language proficiency (mandatory)

- Experience in a technical support role

Please note:
- EU residence permit, EU citizenship, or Greek citizenship is required (Greek family members require additional legal review).
- Relocation package is primarily for candidates within the EU or outside of Athens, and is only available for onsite work.

- Candidates relocating from abroad must arrive in Athens 7-10 days before start date and bring their birth certificate.
