What you will do:

This role focuses on guiding agile adoption, empowering teams, improving collaboration, and ensuring agile practices scale effectively as the organization grows.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Agile Methodology Implementation

• Lead the adoption of agile practices (e.g., SAFe, Scrum) in the Automated Driving teams.
• Tailor agile frameworks to fit the needs of the ADAS/AD development environment.

2. Empower Teams and Individuals

• Coach and mentor teams, ensuring understanding and application of agile roles, processes, and tools.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and empower team members to take ownership of agile practices.

3. Collaboration Model Design

• Help design and continuously improve the agile collaboration model across teams and projects.
• Ensure alignment with company goals and the specific requirements of the AD environment.

4. Facilitate Cross-team Alignment

• Promote effective communication and collaboration between multiple teams.
• Support the scaling of agile practices as the team size grows from 10 to 25.

5. Risk and Process Management

• Integrate risk management and continuous improvement processes into the agile framework.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve workflow.

6. Tooling and Documentation

• Ensure effective use of agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) for tracking progress and collaboration.
• Maintain clear and consistent documentation for agile processes.

7. Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage with leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for agile practices.
• Provide regular updates on agile progress and challenges.

What you should know/have to succeed in this role:

You have:

• Languages: English, German is a plus
• SAFe, Agile Coaching, Agile working models
• Knowledge of ADAS/AD environment is a plus
• Knowledge of transformation programs within the automotive
• R&D knowledge
• Atlassian Toolchain (Jira & Confluence)
