As a Housekeeping Supervisor Trainee, you will…

• Contribute to the dailysupervision of housekeeping staff
• Be trained in inspect roomsand common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness
• Participate in the creationand management of shift schedules, as well as coordinating replacements in caseof absences
• Support team motivation andassist in resolving any issues that may arise during the workday
• Responding to guest complaintsand special requests with professionalism and efficiency
• Monitor the stock of cleaningproducts and contribute to their replenishment
• Ensure full compliance withsafety and hygiene policies across all areas of the department’s operations

Entry Requirements:

• Currently studying in thefield of hospitality, tourism, or a related area.
• Excellent command of theEnglish language, both written and spoken.
• Strong interest in learninghousekeeping procedures and team management.
• Excellent organizationalskills and a willingness to learn about human resource management and dailyoperations.
