Job Overview:
We areseeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. Thisrole is pivotal in expanding our corporate accounts and managing relationshipswith tour operators, as well as enhancing our online sales through effectivechannel manager connectivity. If you have a passion for sales, a keenunderstanding of the hospitality industry, and the ability to drive revenuegrowth, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Developand maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their needsare met and exceeded.
- Handlecontracts with tour operators to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Performonline sales tasks in order to optimize channel manager connectivity andperformance.
- Convertinquiries into new business opportunities and execute strategic plans toincrease market share.
- Collaboratewith commercial and operations teams to create and implement effective salesstrategies.
- Prepareand present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Assistthe Commercial Manager and the entire sales team with any kind ofadministrative sales-related task.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’sdegree in hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimumof 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proventrack record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strongunderstanding of corporate accounts management and contracting with touroperators.
- Experiencewith channel manager systems and online sales platforms.
- Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Abilityto work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Proficiencyin English.
