We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team, focusing on our innovative bunker solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our products and services, helping them optimize their bunker planning and procurement processes.

About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager for bunker clients, you will be the primary advocate for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and that they succeed with our solutions. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, guiding clients through onboarding and adoption, and proactively driving client satisfaction and product utilization. This role is located in Athens, Oslo, Copenhagen, or Hamburg.


Main Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for bunker clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and success.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges, providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process, providing training and ensuring a seamless transition to our products and services.
  • Monitor client usage and performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance value and drive product adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to advocate for clients’ needs and contribute to product and process improvements.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure clients are achieving their desired outcomes.
  • Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain accurate client records and data, ensuring quality control and up-to-date documentation.


Core Requirements

  • Strong knowledge and experience in bunker planning and procurement are essential.
  • Proven experience of customer success, account management, or similar client-facing role, preferably within the bunker industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, flexible environment.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
