About Your Future Role

Your key responsibilities in this role will be

• Collaborate with IT leadership to understand business needs and provide tailored HR solutions.
• Support recruitment efforts, including participating in the selection process, creating job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews for IT roles.
• Drive onboarding and training programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
• Assist in performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
• Address employee relations issues, offering advice and mediation when necessary.
• Promote and execute initiatives for employee engagement and workplace culture within the areas served.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compliance to IT managers and employees.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications Needed To Be Successful In This Role

• BSc degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to IT or technology-focused teams.
• Familiarity with HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Excellent command of English language, both verbal and written

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
