Job description

As a Guest Relations Agent your responsibilities include:

• Provide guests with a memorable experience


• Handle guest interactions and special requests with the highest level of customer service and in a timely manner


• Build a rapport with guests and colleagues


• Provide information about the hotel facilities programs and services


• Answer guest calls and handle


• Provide personalized customer service


• Address and escalate customer complaints

To be successful, we are looking for the following:

• Experience in a lifestyle brand


• Work well in a team


• Excellent communication skills


• Fluent in English and Greek


• Experience with PMS system


• Knows how to leave lasting impressions


• Passionate about hospitality with an energetic and polite personality
