NUMO Ierapetra, Curio Collection by Hilton is an adults-only seaside resort showcasing Ierapetra, a lesser-known part of southern Crete, through a modern lens. In a sun-drenched, beachfront location surrounded by evergreen gardens, we are a barefoot luxury resort with earthy design touches and upbeat vibes.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and according to the highest standards


• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service


• Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements


• Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns


• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel


• Comply with all Health and Safety regulations


• Establish and monitor targets, KPI’s, policies and procedures of the department


• Create and nurture a property environment that enhances motivation, empowerment, motivation and teamwork


• Report on management regarding sales results, operating costs and productivity


• Ensure compliance with ISO και HACCP quality management standards


• Strict implementation of COVID-19 protocols and regulations

Qualifications

• Degree or Dipolma in Hospitality Management. Business or related field


• Excellent knowledge of English


• Very good knowledge of a second language will be an advantage


• Experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in 5 * hotels or restaurants


• Very good knowledge of using computer programs (MS Office, POS)


• Pleasant, polite and friendly personality focused on customer service and satisfaction and effective management of their complaints


• Professional appearance and behavior, with an eager for development and growth


• Attention to detail, organizational skills, team spirit and cooperation


• Excellent communication skills and ability to immediately understand the needs and desires of visitors


• Flexibility and adaptability to demanding situations
