Location: Ouranoupolis, Halkidiki

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead allrestaurant operations, organize and supervise working schedules
• Monitoroperational costs and identify measures to reduce expenses; improverestaurant’s revenue, prepare detailed reports for management information
• Participatein food tasting and implementation of menus and wine lists
• Recruit andassist in the training of employees, identify and analyze training needs,motivate and mentor food and beverage teams
• Evaluateemployee’s performance, provide information to ameliorate productivity andquality of services both to kitchen and service teams
• Deliverexcellent levels of customer service; respond to all guest requests /complaints
• Overseestorage and correct use of equipment, order supplies
• Ensure thathealth and safety standards are met and that all employees work in a safeenvironment and have knowledge of recent health and safety regulations

Qualifications / Personal characteristics:

• Degree /Diploma in Hotel Management
• Minimum 3years of experience as a Restaurant Manager preferable within a 5* Luxury Hotel
• Excellentknowledge of English language; a second language (German or Russian) or foodand wine knowledge will be considered as an asset
• Computerliteracy
• Outstandingcommunication abilities, strong leadership, stress management and financialskills (budgeting, forecasting)
• Pleasantpersonality, passionate about the job and focused on providing high qualityresults
