Are you a car enthusiast? Join our client’s Customer Support Team, representing the world’s leading automotive brand that designs, manufactures, and sells premium and luxury vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and technical support for luxury vehicle users regarding digital services through various communication channels (inbound calls, chats, and emails)
- Aim for first-call resolution, taking ownership of customer needs and concerns
- Engage with customers professionally and empathetically, actively listening to resolve issues
- Provide solutions in line with customer service policies, maintaining a high level of satisfaction and accurate customer records
- Native or near-native Norwegian speaker
- B2-level English proficiency
- Passion for customer support, with a competitive and proactive mindset
- High school diploma or vocational training
- EU citizenship or work permit for Greece
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- 14 salaries per year
