Our renowned Melia Fine Dining Restaurant has received multiple awards, including the prestigious FNL Star, the Toques d'Or Award, and accolades from the World Luxury Restaurant Awards, a testament to our commitment to culinary excellence.
Position Overview
We are looking for a talented and visionary Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Lesante Blu. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, a strong understanding of Mediterranean and international cuisines, and the ability to manage and inspire a high-performing team to consistently deliver top-quality dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
•Menu Development: Design and curate a seasonal, sustainable, and locally inspired menu that aligns with Lesante Blu’s luxury standards and commitment to the guest experience.
•Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of culinary professionals, ensuring high performance, team engagement, and adherence to brand standards.
•Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards in food quality, presentation, and safety.
•Operational Efficiency: Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, budgeting, and cost control.
•Guest Engagement: Interact with guests to gain feedback, personalize dining experiences, and continually enhance the culinary offerings.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a 5-star hotel or fine dining environment.
•Extensive knowledge of Greek & Mediterranean cuisine and modern cooking techniques.
•Strong leadership and team-building skills.
•Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek is an asset.
•Ability to work in a high-paced environment and adapt to seasonal demand.
