Guest Relations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

•Manages and motivates the team to improve sales and quality.
•Monitor customer service level by analyzing guest satisfaction.
•Work with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Maintenance to ensure guest needs are exceeded in terms of room requirements and dining expectations.
•Maintain effective communication with all relevant departments.
•Oversees recruiting and hiring for the Guest Relations team.
•Ensure all employees adhere to company grooming standards.
•Leads by example by displaying confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
•Reports directly to the Front Office Manager.

Best Candidate’s profile:
•Degree in Hospitality / Tourism
•Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a comparable position in luxury hotel operations
•Computer Literacy and familiarity with Hospitality software (Opera, Fidelio)
•Fluency in Greek and English an extra language would be a plus
•Prior LHW experience, in a similar position would be considered an asset
•Hands-on leader
•Dedication and willingness to go above and beyond.
•Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
