Responsibilities:
- Executes the developed marketing plan strategies and tactics
- Participates in the creation and implementation of promotional actions and campaigns
- Implements promotional plans for products and services through PPC stores
- Monitors and analyses data related to sales, purchasing behavior, competition and market trends, in order to understand the market and consumer needs, as well as to improve the marketing strategies at PPC sales points
- Monitors the budget to ensure the effective use of available resources, achieving the maximum possible results with the minimum cost
- Evaluates the results of campaigns through defined indicators, to ensure continuous improvement of marketing strategy and tactics at PPC sales points
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a University or Technological Educational Institute or College in Marketing or Business Administration
- Master's degree in Economics or Business Administration or a relevant field will be considered an additional qualification
- At least three (3) years of relevant experience in a) retail-focused marketing positions, with evidence of successfully implementing campaigns that increased sales, b) designing and managing digital campaigns through online advertising, social media, email marketing and other digital platforms, c) planning and execution of promotional events, such as promotions, contests and exhibitions, d) monitoring competition and market trends and writing reports, e) preparing cost-benefit studies for marketing actions and f) using data analysis tools to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing actions and consumer behavior
- Experience in large companies with retail networks will be considered an additional qualification
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Internet
- Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
- Availability for emergency geographical movements
