If you want to join the insurancemarket.gr team and evolve with us, we are currently seeking a talented Junior Data Analyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, providing insights and recommendations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions.

In this position you will

• Collect & Prepare data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and completeness  
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to improve business performance
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense and Data Looker (Ex Data Studio) 
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making
• Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and ensure data quality 
• Participate in the development of machine learning models and financial modeling to support business decisions

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. 
• 0-1 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. 
• Good knowledge in SQL, and experience with handling and analyzing large datasets. 
• Basic knowledge in Python and/or R. 
• Knowledge of data cleaning and data transformation techniques.
• Strong communication skills 
• Excellent command of the English Language.
• All male candidates must have their army obligations fulfilled. 

It would be a plus to have:

• Any prior experience with BI tools like Qlik Sense, Power BI, or Tableau is a valuable asset. 
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts, including data warehousing and ETL processes. 
• Familiarity with machine learning modelling methods
