Luxury boutique hotel IKIES SANTORINI seeks to employ a talented and dynamic

Front Office Receptionist.

Duties:

• Support the day-to-day operations and activities of the front office offering upscaled guest service
• Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival
• Accurately complete assigned duties such as check-ins, check-outs, email, and phone handling
• Address issues and concerns in a timely and guest-satisfying manner
• Manage the front office by ensuring compliance with all internal and external policies, procedures, and standards

Requirements:

• Experience of at least 2 years as a Front Office Receptionist in 4/5-star hotels
• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism
• Spoken and written fluency in English (additional language knowledge will be considered an asset)
• Computer literate
• Knowledge of hotel software is a plus
• Superior customer service and communication skills
• High sense of discretion and attentiveness with hotel guests
• Team spirit, professionalism, and reliability
• Strong organizational, follow-up and problem-solving skills
