Site Construction Supervisor - Civil

We are currently looking for a Civil Construction Supervisor to join our Grid & Digital Solutions department of the M Power Projects division.

Your role will encompass:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of subcontractors.
• Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Review and interpret construction plans and drawings.
• Enforce site safety regulations and procedures.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks.
• Report progress and issues to project managers.

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in construction
• Experience in supervising and monitoring subcontractors
• Ability to travel
• Experience in industry/energy related prohects..
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
