Responsibilities:

• Ensures smooth cooperation with external partners and suppliers
• Participates in evaluation procedures of external partners and suppliers
• Reviews policies, procedures and management standards of Third Parties
• Participates in the writing of proposals/Requests for Proposals for partnerships with external IT partners
• Produces reports to inform the direct supervisor
• Ensures continuous monitoring of contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), through indicators and metrics
• Approves corrective actions in cases of deviations from SLAs.
• Ensures the smooth collaboration and the identification of business needs, problems and risks
• Undertakes compliance control of Third Parties with internal policies and regulatory authorities

Requirements:

• Studies in Information Technology or Telecommunications
• At least seven (7) years of relevant experience in Third Party Management (Vendor Management)
• Experience in the IT or Technology or Telecommunications Sector will be considered an additional qualification
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Internet
• Good knowledge of the English language
