NMC Backoffice Engineer

We at Nova, are a very young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for vibrant and fast thinking "NMC Backoffice Engineer” to be part of our successful team in our “Mobile-Fixed Core / IP / Access / IT NOC Department”.

You have a challenging mission for:

Controlling and ensure the proper operation of NOVA's network utilizing specific tools, handling trouble tickets, network tools, working on shifts.

What will you do:

• Provide reports relevant to trouble tickets, KPIs vs SLAs, active backlog and similar network related operational reports.
• The control of voice problems related to the voice network and the servicing of requests related to digital functions.
• Handling portability problems, updating, and communicating with other service providers via a relevant mailing list.
• Monitor through specific tools and control of massive faults through customer complaints and escalate to the relevant departments.
• To control the technical actions carried out in the field related to retail customers.
• The sampling control of trouble tickets to ensure the quality of the service provided.

It would be great if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in telco industry
